About the Role:

A crucial role to achieve our client’s next stage of expansion. Their sales team is the engine that drives their investments business, and this new target-driven role will help increase their client base, revenue pipeline and meet their ambitious sales targets. This role involves overseeing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation through cold out-reach and calling, evaluating leads, building relationships, and getting clients signed up to their services.

As a Sales Executive, you will be in a crucial client-facing position, becoming a key representative of the brand. Our client is looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and confident people-person. You'll build strong relationships with clients, carry out their sales process, and ensure you are up to date with their requirements.
This role requires working independently to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline. You will be a self-starter, organized, and good at time management.

Key Responsibilities (includes but are not limited to):

  • Work closely with the Sales Director to execute sales activities across the business.
  • Drive sales activity and generate required revenue, meeting KPIs.
  • Represent our client’s company, with a comprehensive understanding of their investment services and approach.
  • Generate client leads, build and nurture client relationships.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Lead generation through online connections, cold calling, and cold online outreach.
  • Schedule sales appointments with clients.
  • Test and evaluate the success of new campaigns and sales techniques.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of property and their services.
  • Work with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecast reports.
  • Be an ambassador of their brand, promoting the company and its services.
  • Maintain client records.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate advanced sales knowledge.
