Sales Executive (Office Based)

Our client is part of a family-run group of companies in the Retail Motor Trade, based in Essex.
They are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and results-oriented Sales Executive or Improver, to join their team that sell and arrange finance for motor vehicles.
In this role, you will be an important part of a growing, successful team who are focused on getting the business to the next level.
Pay & Benefits Package
- £12 to £15 an hour subject to experience + Success Bonuses OTE £40K
- Full Time; 9am – 6pm.
- Monday – Friday; rotating weekend coverage is also required.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales & Finance consultation
- Customer relationship management
- Product knowledge
- To take credit applications
- Reporting and administrative duties
Results expected in this position
- Expected to manage and maintain a sales target
- To manage a daily pipeline of new and existing customers
- Work well within a team
- To complete sales whilst maintaining the company's regulatory responsibilities
Standards Required
- Punctuality
- Respect for company culture and fellow team members
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this position
- Having the right attitude is more important than industry knowledge
- Ideally have some previous sales experience
- Confident when speaking on the phone
- To be able to multitask and deal with multiple customers on the go at once
Experience needed for this position
- Preferably have some sales experience but not essential
