Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and building industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, maintenance companies, and construction businesses.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather customer feedback to suggest improvements in their product offerings.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, preparing sales reports and performance analysis.
  • Provide technical support, conducting product demonstrations, and training sessions for customers as well as staying updated on industry standards.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably within the construction or building materials sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Excellent analytical skills for market research and sales planning.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer support.
  • Knowledge of building materials and their applications is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams, including procurement, logistics, and marketing.
