Position: SEN Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, tailored lessons to students with a variety of special educational needs.


• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters the development of every student.


• Work collaboratively with other staff, including SEN support assistants, to ensure the best outcomes for students.


• Assess students' progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.


• Build strong, positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

The Ideal Candidate:

• QTS preferred, but we are happy to consider unqualified candidates with relevant experience in SEN.


• Previous experience working with children with special educational needs (2+ years preferred).


• A genuine passion for supporting and inspiring students to reach their full potential.


• Strong communication and organisational skills.
