We’re hiring a Senior Electrical Building Services Engineer for our Birmingham office. This role offers technical challenges and collaboration on exciting UK projects. Your communication skills and teamwork will be key to your success.

The Role

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will:

• Lead projects and produce design deliverables, including calculations, drawings, and reports.


• Manage and mentor junior team members.


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality solutions.


• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.


• Be involved in all project stages, from inception to completion.


• Present to clients and contribute to project tenders and cost management.

Skills & Experience

• Degree in Building Services Engineering and CIBSE professional registration (or working towards).


• Minimum 7 years’ experience in building services engineering.


• Proficiency in software such as Dialux, Amtech, and Revit.


• Knowledge of British Standards, Building Regulations, and renewable technologies.


• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.


• Experience managing engineers, apprentices, and graduates.
