What You’ll Do:
- Work autonomously to assess and treat patients with complex needs in inpatient and pre-assessment settings.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide seamless, evidence-based care.
- Lead and support therapy assistants and students while championing professional development.
- Ensure excellent patient experience, communication, and service improvement.
- Contribute to audits, research, and innovation in care delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- HCPC registered with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
- At least 2 years’ experience managing complex caseloads.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for continuous improvement and patient-centred care.
