About the Role

A leading specialist in joinery and interior fit-out is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced project manager to oversee prestigious and complex projects across sectors including luxury hotels, prime residential, commercial, and marine.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Manage the successful delivery of interior fit-out projects.


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.


• Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and schedules.


• Manage project resources including staff, materials, and subcontractors.


• Build and maintain client relationships.


• Ensure contractual obligations are met and risks are managed.


• Participate in value engineering to optimise project outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in the interior fit-out sector.


• Relevant third-level qualification in construction or a related field.


• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.


• Excellent understanding of contract management and commercial acumen.


• Experience in marine fit-out projects is desirable but not essential.
