Castlewellan - £60k+

Details: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, Pension, Company Van and Laptop.

Day to Day:

• Tender preparation / Estimating / Material procurement.


• Subcontractor remeasurements and payments.


• Identifying & costing variations / Submitting valuations.


• Preparation of claims / Preparing final accounts.


• Preparing contract programmes.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management.


• 10+ years post qualification experience working as a Quantity Surveyor.


• Experienced in a General Building Contractor / Residential / Commercial.


• Experienced at Project Management and Sub-Contractor Management.


• Full drivers’ licence and proficient on MS Office and MS Project.
