Day to Day:

• Managing project costs & budgets to ensure financial success.


• Handling procurement, subcontractor negotiations & contract placements.


• Assessing and managing change orders & cost variations.


• Overseeing valuations, re-measurements, and final accounts.


• Supporting pre-tender estimating & cost planning.


• Liaising with project teams to drive cost efficiency & profitability.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.


• 3+ years’ experience in a Main Contractor or Private Practice.


• Fit Out Industry experience.


• Experience with Buildsoft / Cubit is a plus.


• Healthcare Industry experience is a plus.
