Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Dungannon

Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday, some Hybrid

Pay: Competitive Salary

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join one of our longstanding clients, delivering Construction and Civil Engineering Projects throughout the UK and Ireland.

The Role: You will play a key role within the team in delivering quality and value for money projects to their clients, taking the lead with all commercial matters.

The Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Construction Related.


• 10+ years post qualification experience working as a Quantity Surveyor.


• Experience in residential builds and commercial projects.


• Good working knowledge of construction contracts JCT / NEC / PWC.


• Experienced at Estimating and Sub-Contractor Management.


• Full drivers’ licence and proficient on MS Office.
