Your role:

• Building and maintaining client and candidate relationships


• Being an expert in your market 


• Mapping current and future projects 


• Actively sourcing candidates using various methods (job boards, database, headhunting, referrals)


• Be able to Consult with clients and candidates about current market and future market predications 


• Generate passive candidates

Experience required:

• Experience working as a 360 recruitment consultant


• All sectors will be considered (Construction, Engineering and Property beneficial)


• Sales background 


• Ability to sucessfully build and maintain relationships
