Day to day:

• Reading, interpretation and providing clear communication of construction drawings.


• Setting out is accurate, providing precise lines, levels, and reference points on site.


• Influencing the progress on sites and ensuring programme deadlines are met.


• Developing effective relationships and dealing with clients and subcontractors.


• SHEQ aspects of the work are adhered to during project.


• Maintain the Management System, policies and procedures.

Essential Criteria:

• Degree educated in Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering and Management.


• 3+ years of experience as a Site Engineer with experience in Residential Builds.


• Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry.


• Competent in the use of survey equipment and AutoCAD.


• Numeracy and IT skills including MS Office, Word, and Excel.


• A full, valid driving licence and relevant site cards.
