Site Engineer Opportunity – Residential Projects

Location: County Tyrone and Fermanagh

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Engineer to join a well-regarded construction company working on residential projects across County Tyrone and Fermanagh. This role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality developments in a supportive and progressive environment.

 

The Role:

• Interpret and communicate construction drawings for layouts, materials, and specifications on-site.


• Accurately set out lines, levels, and reference points to ensure precise construction.


• Supervise and manage subcontractors and site teams to meet project deadlines.


• Monitor progress, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.


• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with Health & Safety and environmental policies.


• Liaise with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to resolve technical and on-site challenges.


• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including reports, drawings, and changes.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction-related discipline.


• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within residential construction.


• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.


• Full driving license.
