Site Installer – Construction

Locations: Include Antrim, Ballymena, Randalstown areas

Salary/Hourly rate: £16+ per hour

Working hours: 8.00am - 4.30pm (Mon - Thurs) 8.00am to 3.30pm (Friday)

The Role:

• Installation of fencing, kerb laying, or flagging, including setting line and levels per site instructions.


• Pre-planning and coordinating works, including materials, plant, and concrete supplies.


• Collaborating as part of a site crew to achieve targets on program completion.


• Maintaining accurate records, including weekly work sheets and daily diary notes.


• Interpreting fencing installation details and ensuring proper execution.


• Communicating effectively with site foremen and managers.

Essential Criteria:

• Previous construction experience essential


• Knowledge of fencing installation or related construction tasks such as kerb laying or flagging.


• Ability to plan and sequence works effectively.


• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to meet deadlines.


• Basic literacy skills (reading and writing).


• Driving license required.

Desirable Criteria:

• CSR card 


• CSR certification for operating dumper and digger.


• Experience with daily plant and vehicle inspections and associated paperwork.


• Knowledge of health and safety best practices.


• Experience with machinery such as diggers and dumpers.


• Familiarity with materials including concrete, wood, and metal.


• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
