Site Manager

Experienced Site Manager required on a project in Barrow in Furness. This is for 3-4 weeks, overseeing a new build ALDI , which is at fit out stage.



Role

Overseeing finishing trades and labour as they work through the building ensuring the quality of work is to a high standard, experience of managing busy and fast paced construction will be essential.



Experience Required

SMSTS, CSCS - black managers card and First Aid.

Proven experience in Site Management, overseeing commercial projects

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

Knowledge of construction regulations and best practices.

Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations.



Remuneration

£260 per day
