An opportunity for an experienced social housing refurbishment Site Manager.

The Role
The Site Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of refurbishment work, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires expertise in both social housing and construction management, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience Required
Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role, ideally within social housing refurbishment projects.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health & safety requirements.
Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Remuneration
£47,000 to £51,000 per annum dependant upon experience, plus company vehicle / allowance.
