Our client, M&E and building contractors working throughout Ireland are looking for a Site Manager to join their growing team. Projects will mainly be based in Belfast.

Day to Day:

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety and compliance.


• Lead and support staff to maintain efficiency and productivity.


• Monitor project progress and address issues promptly.


• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.


• Conduct inspections and prepare performance reports on safety, quality, and productivity.

Requirements:

• Valid CSR card and driving licence.


• Refurbishment experience.


• Formal construction qualification.


• Kitchen and Bathroom industry experience desirable.


• Joinery background would be beneficial.
