Day to day:

• To oversee and manage a high-quality residential development.


• Ability to deliver projects on time and to a high level.


• To manage, organise and coordinate labour.


• To provide accurate, consistent, and professional, records and reports.


• To follow construction drawings and works information.


• General Health & Safety of Site.

Essential Criteria:

• 3+ years as a Site Manager with SMSTS / SSSTS.


• Trades Background / Degree educated.

• Self-motivated hard working with strong team building skills.


• Strong attention to detail and great decision-making skills.


• UK Driving Licence.
