Due to our clients securing new Projects all over NI / Ireland / UK, they are looking to strengthen the Team with a new Site Manager.

You would be joining a leading Contractor, providing Building Construction & Refurbishment, Restoration and Conservation, and Civil Engineering services.

Comes with Pension, 28 Days Holiday, Vehicle, Fuel Card, Phone, and Laptop.

Day to Day:

• Site Management and Contracts Management.


• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all work and activity on site.


• Ensuring that HSEQ is given the highest priority in delivery in the delivery of their works.


• Communicate with Site and Office Management Teams, and sub-contractors.


• Keep a full and accurate daily site diary, including any changes / variations, subcontractors’ attendance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager.


• Experience within a Live Hospital Environment.


• SMSTS / Gold Card / First Aid / Asbestos Awareness.


• Ability to work on their own initiative with no supervision.


• Good verbal and written communication skills.


• Full UK Driving Licence and able to travel with the role.
