Location: Maidstone

Day Rate: £250 - £270per day depending on experience 

Client: A reputable contractor with a excellent reputation in the local region who specialise in Schools, healthcare and commercial builds 

Project: My client are seeking a stand alone Site Manager to assist on new build education facility. The project is now at internals stage and requires a manager to assist with seeing the project through to completion. 

Responsibilities:

• Numebr 1 on site reporting into a visiting contract manager 


• Management and coordination of Labour


• Sequencing Subcontractors 


• Site safety which will include but not be limited to running daily inductions for Labour and Subcontractors 


• Management and coordination of deliveries 


• Procurement of materials and plant 


• Tool box talks and inductions 


• Site inspections 

The Successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience in similar role 


• Excellent organisational and communication skills.


• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.


• Relevant qualification in construction management or related field.


• CSCS card & SMSTS & First Aid.


• Enhanced DBS 


• Recent workplace references.
