Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team. You will oversee the on-site delivery of fit-out and refurbishment projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and maintaining project timelines and budgets. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage and supervise site teams, including direct labour and subcontractors, to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Monitor and maintain adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the site, including site setup, scheduling, and resolving technical or logistical challenges.
- Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and the in-house project team to ensure a seamless delivery process.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to meet GEM’s high standards and client expectations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Ensure all documentation, including RAMS, site records, and project reports, are completed accurately.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in fit-out or refurbishment projects, preferably in retail, hospitality, or workspace sectors.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of liaising with clients, designers, and suppliers.
- Flexibility to travel across NI, GB, and ROI as required.
- A valid CSR card, First Aid certificate, and a full driving license.
