Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: Newry, Northern Ireland

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE

We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to manage the safe and timely delivery of site works for our client based in Newry, Northern Ireland. The role involves supervising supply chain and subcontractor teams, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, and liaising with stakeholders to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site operations, including direct labour and subcontractor management.


• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, RAMS, and CDM requirements.


• Liaise with clients, supply chains, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and to high standards.


• Conduct site audits, inspections, and inductions while maintaining accurate site records.


• Assist in project planning, progress reporting, and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• HNC or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.


• 5+ years of supervisory experience in water or construction industries.


• CSR Gold Card or equivalent and First Aid at Work certification.


• Proficiency in MS Office; CAD experience is advantageous.


• Strong understanding of construction site management, CDM regulations, and safety standards.
