Day Shift: (8.30am- 4.30pm) and Friday (8.30am – 3.00pm)



Black Fox Solutions are working alongside our client, based in Newtownards, to recruit a Specification Technologist.



As the successful Specification Technologist you will be responsible for leading the Food Safety & Quality team in delivering site technical compliance.



What We Require:

• Third Level qualification in a Food related discipline, or related field.


• Experience in a Specification and Supplier Approval Technologist role or similar position within the food manufacturing industry.


• Demonstrated knowledge of food composition, basic nutrition and allergen management.


• Excellent communication and leadership skills appropriate to role.


• Experience in Customer’s Specification Management system


• Strong organisational and time-management skills.


• A broad knowledge of Food Safety and Quality standards (HACCP, VACCP, BRC, Customer, legal and Other third-party standards such as ISO 14001, RSPO etc.)
