An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Speech and Language Therapist with 3 years’ experience in a paediatric clinical setting to become part of a renowned therapy clinic in the beautiful surroundings of Cayman Islands. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £64,000 - £64,500.

As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will provide high-quality speech-language therapy to children while contributing to a supportive and collaborative environment.

You will be responsible for:

Setting measurable and client-focused SLT goals in collaboration with families.
Delivering direct therapy sessions, consultations, and education for clients, families, and community providers.
Conducting in-school consultations and facilitating group therapy sessions as required.
Managing a caseload of approximately 25 direct therapy sessions weekly.
Developing evidence-based interventions informed by current research.
Delivering a minimum of two presentations to the community per calendar year.

What we are looking for:

Previously worked as a Speech and Language Therapist or in a similar role.
At least 3 years’ experience in a paediatric clinical setting.
Background working with children with Autism.
Hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Therapy.
Must be registered with the Health Practice Commission of the Cayman Islands.
Registered as a Speech-Language Therapist in your state, province, or country.
Registered or eligible for full registration in Australia, Canada, Jamaica, New Zealand, South Africa, the United Kingdom, or the United States.
Valid driving licence or own vehicle.
