Senior Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developer

This leading residential developer have an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on 

This Senior Quantity Surveyor position is to work on a major new build residential development in West Sussex. The project consists of 200 apartments over 4 blocks of apartments. 

Your initial task will be to carry out procurement and generally support the current commercial team on the project.

For this Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you will have a minimum of 5yrs experience working on large residential developments and a minimum of 5yrs in the Senior Quantity Surveyor position.
