Support Worker

We are excited to announce the opening of a brand-new development and are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team. What You’ll Do:

As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Empower individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals.
  • Provide practical assistance with daily activities, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
  • Offer emotional support and encourage participation in community activities.
  • Work collaboratively with a team to deliver person centred support plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure the safety and well-being of those you support.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A caring and empathetic attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
