- Support Worker

- £13.86 per hour + £50 per sleep-in
- Full-time or part time hours considered.
- Full UK MANUAL driving licence essential with own car.
Shift Patterns: 7:30am - 3pm, 2:30pm - 10pm, 7:30am - 10pm or 8am - 8pm, every other weekend, and at least one sleep-in per week. Must have flexibility to cover wake nights when needed.

You’ll be supporting five wonderful individuals (four lovely ladies and one gentleman), ensuring they live their best, most joyful lives every day.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Whether it’s tending to the allotment or enjoying a Disney marathon, you’ll be right there, enjoying it all with them. Did we mention one of the people we support is a Disney princess fan who went on a Disney cruise?
- Catching the latest blockbuster at the cinema, bowling strikes, visiting the zoo, or enjoying beach holidays with fish and chips—every day brings a new adventure!
- Support the individuals to maintain strong relationships with their family and friends, including regular family visits and even holidays together. Family involvement is a big part of our support.
- Provide full support with personal care, including dressing, bathing, and using hoists (both overhead tracking and mobile hoists). Our ladies are wheelchair users, while the gentleman can walk short distances around his home.
- Administer medication, including PEG medication, and assist with feeding and meal preparation.
- Drive our minivans for exciting outings and day trips. A full UK driver’s licence is a must for this role.
