We’re looking for caring, compassionate, and motivated individuals to join our team of Female Support Workers.

Whether you're experienced in care or looking for a rewarding new opportunity, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role

You’ll provide vital support to a group of independent and vibrant women in their mid-30s to 40s who have mild learning disabilities, personality disorders, or mental health needs. One of the ladies also has a physical disability and uses a wheelchair, so you’ll assist with hoisting, manual handling, and personal care when needed.

Your role will involve:

  • Offering emotional support and helping to manage relationships.
  • Supporting daily living activities such as cooking, shopping, and leisure activities (e.g., visiting family, holidays, college, eating out, or spending time with animals).

  • Flexibility to work a mixture of shifts, including weekends and sleepovers.

Why Join Us?

  • A supportive and friendly team environment.
  • Opportunities for training, development, and career progression.
