We are seeking an enthusiastic Team Leader to join our established team and be a part of a company that really makes a difference.
You will be working closely with our General Managers and Service Managers, and will be jointly responsible for the performance of the Services Department who provide healthcare services across the UK, including cardiology, ENT, dermatology, and ultrasound
You will have the responsibility for the daily management of a team of Patient Healthcare Advisors, ensuring that they are providing a high-quality, professional and efficient customer service to our patients at all times. You team will be the first point of contact for our patients, dealing with the inbound and outbound patient calls, managing all referrals in a timely and professional manner, from the acceptance/ receipt of referral to the discharge to GP process.
You are also responsible ensuring that the daily operational requirements of each contract are managed correctly, ensuring that clinics are always fully booked well in advance, and that Did Not Attend rate is in accordance with the KPI’s outlined. You will report daily and weekly on clinic occupancy achieved, and planned occupancy for future weeks.
