Overview
Technical Coordinator required for a new, permanent role in Stockton. This is with a regional construction business and will be based in their newly built and beautifully appointed offices.
The Role
Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will assist them in coordinating section agreements (such as section 38 or 104) and the legal agreements with local authorities and utility companies. Where required, you will apply for services for new developments or arrange disconnections for refurbishments.
The successful applicant will also be responsible for arranging SAP reports and BREL reports, updating all documents for the technical department and coordinating with the sales dept. Furthermore, this team offers technical support to site based staff throughout the construction phase and works closely with the building control and warranty providers to ensure that the developments reach completion and all the relevant paperwork is in order - this also includes collating certification of works from various trades and supporting in clearing planning conditions, monitoring the adherence to this.
The Person
Applications are welcome from people with construction industry experience and a working knowledge of the technical requirements of this sector - for example section agreements, BREL reports etc.
Remuneration
£35,000 to £40,000 per annum
