• Experience of working within a similar role


• Proficient with MS Office

Duties…

• Responsible for planning the routes of artic and rigid vehicles


• Record collection/delivery status and discrepancies in systems


• Communicate with drivers and colleagues to ensure on time collections and deliveries


• De-brief drivers on their daily runs throughout the day


• Plan loads activity based on priorities


• Communicate fleet availability and issues


• Monitor customer requests


• Other adhoc duties
