Are you an experienced Working Foreman ready to lead and inspire teams in the construction industry? I'm working with a client who is seeking a skilled individual to oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About the Role

As a Working Foreman, you will play a dual role, combining hands-on involvement in the work with supervision and leadership responsibilities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily team activities to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.


• Provide clear instructions and guidance to team members on tasks and safety protocols.


• Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.


• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety compliance.


• Assist in training new employees and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.


• Collaborate with management to identify and implement improvements.


• Maintain accurate records of completed work, materials, and on-site incidents.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.


• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


• The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.


• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results efficiently.


• A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.


• A valid UK driving licence (required).
